Shielded Walk-In Communication Shelters
Shielded Walk-In Communication Units are shielded against the effects of lightning, Radio Frequency Interference (RFI), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) by employing our patented Faraday Cage Technology.
The patented Faraday Cage shielding on our walk-in communication shelters also lessens the effects of Passive Intermodulation (PIM) from outside sources. Shielded walk-in communication shelters and units are offered in a variety of sizes that can provide a wide range of equipment configurations, which allow access to both the front and the back of the equipment after installation.
PEPRO's Walk-In communication shelters are highly customizable accommodating nearly any deployment application needed. HVAC, networking, dedicated internal work and storage spaces, ventilation, and hybrid power sources are all customizable to your specific needs. Our patented EMP & EMI Shielded Enclosure technology creates a faraday cage shield, which offers protection from lightning strikes, Electromagnetic Pulse Shielded Enclosures (EMP), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). Cable Entry Gland System
Available on all PEPRO shielded walk-in and cabinet products, our patented cable gland system ensures your shielded structure continues to provide protection from external radio interference and power surges by protecting the entry points of all insulated communications and network cabling. This system can accommodate up to 9 entrance and exit cabling to cover all your communications and networking requirements.
Cable glands allow external cables into a shielded structure without compromising radio signal or shock protection. All cables used are insulated for additional protection.
PEPRO equips every structure with cable entry glands to sustain internal EMI and RFI protection while still allowing external resources into cabinets and shelters.
Cable entry glands are used for all RF, CAT5 & CAT6, and LDF cables for communication, networking, and other needs.
