Towers

65' Articulating Tower section with permanently attached antenna cable harness and antenna standoffs.
Pepro’s unguyed articulating towers are optimally designed to restore your communication needs with as little time and effort as you will find in the market.
The high strength steel first section used in conjunction with aluminum sections and fatigue resistant connections allows us to achieve antenna heights of up to 100 feet. Once the unit is leveled with our leveling jacks at the end of the outriggers, the tower can be effortlessly unfolded due to the lubricated machined hinges.
After the tower hinges are secured by tightening four bolts at each hinge, the tower raises into the vertical position in approximately three minutes. The Commander Series towers are raised by a permanently attached hydraulic cylinder. The Scout Series tower is raised by a permanently mounted electric winch.
The simplicity of the design will keep your Pepro tower operational for longer than any other type of tower with virtually no maintenance required. There are no intricate mechanical systems that are associated with telescoping towers such as guy wires and storage spools for antenna cables.
Pepro towers can be deployed, once on site, by one or two people in 30 minutes or less. Our towers do not require guy wires and anchorage associated with guy wires. Not having guy wires means that less space is required allowing for greater flexibility in deployment site selection. Unlike some tower designs our towers have permanently mounted antennas and cables. Antenna and radio ‘tuning’ adjustments are safe and easy, and can be done from a step ladder with the tower in the lowered position thus saving additional time. Directional antennas and cameras can be adjusted with the tower up when used with the Pepro Pan and Tilt Mount.
All Pepro towers meet or exceed the specifications for TIA / EIA-222-G latest version of wind load requirements for permanent antenna sites. If you have any questions about our towers or how they are deployed please call (814) 676-5688 or email us.
